The following instructions are assuming your ISP does block SMTP port 25 other than their own. We are finding more ISPs are beginning to block port 25 so the following instructions will prevent any issues if they do decide to change the port blocking scheme without your knowledge.

While the following is a setup for Outlook 2003, earlier versions of Outlook should have similar setup setup steps.

Go to Tools -> E-mail Accounts

Click "Add a new e-mail account" and click on Next.

Click on POP3 and click Next.

Fill in the information about your email account. Please make sure the "User Name:" field has the full email address. Click on "More Settings".

Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab and click on "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"  (Applies if you use our mail server in your outgoing mail (SMTP) server settings.)

Click on the "Advanced" Tab and change the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" to port: 2525

You can Click OK and start using your mail software.
