If you use our mail server as the outgoing mail server in your settings, you
need to make sure you have SMTP authentication enabled and your outgoing SMTP
port is 2525.

Go to Tools -> E-mail Accounts

"View or change existing e-mail accounts" should be checked and just click
"Next"

Double click on
the email account you have with us to check or highlight the email account and
click on "Change..."

Note: Make sure your incoming and outgoing mail server are
the same.
Next, click "More Settings..."

In the "Outgoing Server" tab, please make sure you have "My outgoing server
(SMTP) requires authentication" checked.

Click on the "Advanced" tab and change the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" port to:
2525
Click OK and Next to complete the configuration.
